Understanding that the greatest mission is to stop virgin plastic manufacturing, Defy Design has a factory in Botany that keeps everything under one roof from designing to manufacturing. They sort, wash and shred post consumer waste to turn it in to either plastic board sheeting or useful products. They also provide educational workshops that explain the process and provide a tangible experience that consumers can relate to. 

Focused on the end of life of the product, Defy have set out to create the new 'gold standard' in business waste accountability with "DEFY" marked on all products along with the type of plastic if it made from so that they can be returned and recycled in to something new.
