Salt Gang

Salt Gang is a South Australian brand run by a small team living and making on Kaurna Country. 

As lovers of the local community, big flavours and food tradition, they have developed a range of highly sought after condiments which come in the form of oils and crisps in recyclable or reusable glass jars and are ideal for rice dishes, noodles, eggs or inspire you to come up with your own creations.

With a deeply embedded connection to land, Salt Gang make monthly donations to the Dhadjowa foundation who support the families of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have been killed or have passed in custody, which is currently quantified at over 500 with zero criminal convictions.
