Salt Gang - BBQ Umami Sauce

A Chinese BBQ style, all purpose brown sauce with eye watering Umamu that makes it a little spicy and a little sweet. The Fermented bean paste is mixed with a splash of the Secret Weapon Soy Sauce and lively pickled ER Jing Tiao chillies, finishes with loads of roasted sesame.

Perfect as a glaze for Chinese Style BBQ, as a dipping sauce for summer rolls, a base for stir-fry or just dolloped on friend eggs.
