These bamboo dish brushes feature sisal bristles and have the option to purchase replacement heads as needed. 

Made from plants to provide a plastic free alternative, these unvarnished wood eliminates chemicals from he production process and enables compostability at end of life! 

Vegan Friendly 

To care for your brush: 
- Allow it to dry between uses and do not leave siting in water. 
- Stand brush upright on its bristles or hang from the metal loop over a mixer tap or hook to allow residual water to drain. 
- Handles can be treated with wood oil or wax if desired, as needed for longevity. 
- Natural signs of aging will occur over time due to contact with water, minerals and washing liquids. Wood is a natural product and wood oxidation (dark circles/discolouration), cracks and splits are inevitable along with sisal bristle loss however do not impact functionality. 
- At end of life, compost the brush head and wooden handle. Recycled metal hardware. 

How to replace the head
- Squeeze the two wires at neck of brush together to loosen the metal grip around head and allow clasp to slide towards handle. Stretch wires apart to insert new head into the handle. Pliers made be needed to do this the first time. 
- One the replacement brush head is in place, squeeze the wires back together and push metal clasp back up to the top to secure. Place the old head in the compost bin.
