Crafted to provide a high-fibre boost for your gut-bacteria, this delicious and super healthy, versatile blend can be made in to a bircher mussel, porridge, added to smoothies, sprinkled on yoghurt or soak it overnight with a teaspoon of yoghurt to cultivate a bowl-full of probiotic goodness.
How to use: For 1 Serve, mix 1/4 Birch with 1/3 cup of preferred milk or juice. Leave covered in the fridge overnight (or a min of 15 mins), add a teaspoon of yoghurt or a probiotic capsule before soaking to increase good gut flora. Serve hot of cold with fruit, honey, yoghurt and anything else that takes your fancy that day!
Available in re-usable glass jars. Just purchase the home compostable refills packs as needed!
Certified organic Ingredients: Kombucha activated nuts and seeds (buckwheat, almonds, pepitas, pecans), rolled white quinoa, black chia seed, toasted coconut chips, golden linseed, raw macadamias, ginger, cinnamon, mesquite, macadamia powder.
Activated in Kombucha, filtered water + Australian rock salt.
