Salt Gang - 14 Spice Oil

Aromatic non-spicy finishing oil.

Glossy and aromatic with a deep Chinese flavour, 14+ spices are infused on a low heat with smoky black cardamom, sweet woody cassia and star anise, piquant aged citrus and homegrown bay leaves. Local garlic slowly simmers and lends a caramelised sweetness and umami.

Brilliant tossed through noodle salads, over rice, used in dressings, over cold silken tofu with soy or fry your eggs in it. A brilliant base line for all your creations, minus the spice. 

Hot tip: Mix it with the Secret Weapon Soy Sauce for a flavourful dressing, marinade, sauce or through strifry.
