Salt Gang - Chiu Chow Garlic Chilli

Caramelised Garlic umami chilli sauce.

Deeply sweet garlic with a rich chilli flavour, this delicacy is romantic and delicious. 

With a base of the Fourteen Spice Oil, garlic is simmered until caramelised and mixed with fresh chilli and bell peppers topped of with a splash of the Secret Weapon Soy Sauce and pounded in to a medium spicy umami paste.

Ideal in stirfry, mixed with black vinegar for dumpling sauces or spoonfuls over pasta and rice dishes. Try mixing it with mayonnaise for a sweet garlicky kick.

Great as a bbq companion, bring it along to your next gathering to share with friends and family.
