Aromatic and heady, this soy sauce packs a punchy burst of deep spiced flavour without any chilli heat. 

Common as a condiment in Sichuan Province, this precious soy is fortified with over 14 spices, garlic and homegrown bay leaves, blended with rice wine and a pinch of unrefined sugar, infused over a low simmer.

Best used in stir fry with noodles or rice, as a salad dressing or dipping sauce, in soups or stews or over eggs.
