Dark roasted sesame seeds are churned into a glossy butter, then folded through aromatic chilli oil and finally stuffed with fried shallots, crunchy garlic and toasted sesame seeds.

It is thicker, roaster and more cocooning than all the chilli crisps. The sesame gives a deep nutty body and a satay like savouriness that clings happily to eggs, noodles, greens, tofu, chicken, congee and soups.
