A brightly flavoured, and coloured red chilli oil with Sichuan Pepper as the exhilarating lead.

The warm heat is a complex combination of chilli, malt tingle and the toasty 14 spice blend oil as the base. 

Great over eggs, in a hot pot, for dipping cold meats, to liven up BBQ or Roasted Veggies!
