BUSH TOMATO
Bush Tomato (Solanum centrale) is highly used in traditional Indigenous Food. With its savoury and sweet combination, it is the ideal addition to a wide variety of cooking and when dried, ir produces a the sweetness of a currant making it great for a touch of spice in tarts and sauces.
The antioxidant properties are similar to blueberries and provide Vitamin E, Folate, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium and Sodium which have shown benefits in aiding hypertension. The fresh berries are rich in Vitamin C.
