Davidson Plums (Davidsonia jerseyana, Davidsonia pruriens) are an incredible rainforest superfruit and strong antioxidant, one of Australia's super fruits while the Murray River Salt is rich in minerals.
How to use: As a seasoning, in marinades, dressing sand sauces. Great added to seafood, fish, tuna, bbq rubs, rice, couscous, grilled or roasted vegetables or even to flavour dips, dukkah, home made chocolate and cocktail glass rims.
Containing Vitamin C, E, lutein, folate, zinc, magnesium and calcium, it has also been known to assist with iron absorption and collagen formation, normalising metabolism, and assisting with immune support.
