PEPPERBERRIES 

Native Pepperberries (Tasmannia lanceolata) have a spicy, aromatic aroma that lend itself to spice blends and can be used as an alternative to regular pepper or chilli. 

Only a small amount is needed to provide a strong flavour and are great for marinades, sauces, stirfrys and oils. 

Pepperberries naturally contain strong antimicrobial qualities and antioxidants such as Vitamin E, Lutein, Zinc, Magnesium and Iron which can help fight common diseases like Alzheimer's Cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer as well as providing ain in the prevention of macular degeneration.
